Duties
• Role Focus: Maintains engines, pumps, hydraulics, and gas compression systems.
• Specialty: Some mechanics focus on "Emissions/VRU/Flare Technicians" or maintain high-pressure equipment at tank batteries and compressor stations.
• Key Responsibilities: Diagnosing, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on field equipment, often using specialized cleaning processes to ensure components are safe for oxygen service.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Previous experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, or oilfield equipment is required.
• Safety Focus: Knowledge of O2 cleaning standards for components used in oxygen-enriched environments.
• Job Requirements: Many positions require a High School Diploma or GED, with field-based roles
