Role Description

This is a contract Land Tech / Land Admin role at Penterra Services, LLC located in Edmond, OK, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Land Tech / Land Admin, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
• Research and verify data for preparation of basic land related documents, leases, agreements, reports and correspondence
• Communicate with project managers as well as other land team members, mineral owners and working interest owners
• Provide support and assistance to Landmen while working under general supervision
• Ensure documents have been filed in County of record

Qualifications
• Experience in land administration
• Strong research skills for gathering land-related information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and remotely
